Analytics and Innovation Product Owner (AI)

Location: Singapore; hybrid role with at least three days per week in the office at 8 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960.

What you will do

• Own pod priorities, outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across the analytics innovation lifecycle.
• Engage business leaders and market stakeholders to identify high-value problems and translate business needs into actionable use cases and delivery priorities.
• Shape, prototype, refine, and test AI-enabled analytics solutions with the Analytics Technical Lead, Data Engineer, and AI Solutions Analyst.
• Validate assumptions, challenge impractical ideas, and ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and usable in real business settings.
• Support solution rollout, adoption, feedback collection, and continuous improvement based on live deployment learnings.
• Influence senior stakeholders and foster experimentation, fast learning, collaboration, and practical delivery within the pod.

Requirements

• Strong actuarial or analytical background with the ability to connect business context to analytical and technical solution design.
• Strong technical knowledge and fluency with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Proven experience in a client-facing, business-facing, or consulting-led analytics environment and the ability to operate as a hands-on builder.
• Deep domain expertise in the relevant business area, credibility with business stakeholders, and the ability to influence decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in agile, experimentation-led, or rapid-iteration delivery environments with strong product and delivery instincts.
• A track record in analytics, innovation, digital product delivery, consulting, or adjacent fields, with the ability to move rapidly from concept to working solution.
