Lead Technology Advisory Analyst (AI)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid. Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore due to client security-clearance requirements.

What you will do

• Conduct industry and market research, technology landscape assessments, business process analysis, data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification.
• Translate business problems into structured workstreams, evidence-based recommendations, and executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Support client engagements by facilitating workshops and discovery sessions and documenting business and technology requirements.
• Contribute to strategic assessments, technology roadmaps, and evaluations of technology and transformation opportunities.
• Use AI-enabled tools, repeatable prompts, and workflows to accelerate research, synthesis, analysis, and content development while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, structure, evidence, risks, and inconsistencies, and strengthen reusable frameworks, templates, methodologies, and AI-enabled delivery practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience in one or more of management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product or digital transformation, or data, research, or analytics.
• Experience working on technology-enabled business initiatives is highly valued.
• Experience in business and technology analysis with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions and work with ambiguity and complex problems.
• Structured problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex challenges, synthesizing information, and developing clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-ready presentations and documentation and explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation, validating AI-generated outputs, and improving productivity through AI.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships with Technology Advisors, architects, designers, engineers, clients, and colleagues.
