Invoicing Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare, validate, and issue customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, billing schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Review customer data, pricing, payment terms, currencies, and applicable taxes to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support compliance with Philippine VAT, withholding tax, BIR documentation, and other statutory requirements.
• Perform billing reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Contract Management, Finance teams, and customers to resolve billing inquiries and documentation issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, finance system enhancements, internal controls, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or related accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of Philippine invoicing requirements, BIR regulations, VAT, withholding tax, and statutory compliance processes.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global teams.
