Contract Review Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid. Shifted hours may be required to support the US customer base.

What you will do

• Review and analyze sales contracts against legal and company standards.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Maintain the sales contract repository and track renewals, milestones, and key dates.
• Work with sales and legal teams to resolve contract questions and support negotiations.
• Draft contract amendments and revisions that protect business interests.
• Research SaaS legal developments and provide input on contract terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Legal background with coursework or experience in contract law.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and their legal implications.
• Flexibility to work shifted hours when required to support the US customer base.
