Senior Legal Counsel (Grid Technologies)

What you will do

• Advise the Grid Technologies business on commercial, trade, and contract law matters in the Middle East.
• Analyze tenders and contracts, provide proactive legal advice, and lead strategic negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and applicable external regulations.
• Support project execution and claim management, including coordination with external law firms on dispute resolution.
• Contribute to contract standardization and digitalization across the global legal community.
• Develop and deliver legal-process training for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the legal department of an international company or a reputable law firm, preferably involving international projects.
• Proven ability to manage legal risks in complex transactions and provide pragmatic legal advice.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international legal practices.
• Experience leading strategic negotiations and managing complex disputes.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
