Senior Legal Counsel (Grid Technology)

What you will do

• Advise the Grid Technology business on commercial, trade, and contract law across the Middle East.
• Analyze tenders and contracts and participate in strategic negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and applicable external regulations.
• Support project execution and claim management, including engagement with external law firms in dispute resolution.
• Contribute to contract standardization and digitalization within the global legal community.
• Develop and deliver training on legal processes for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the legal department of an international company or a reputable law firm.
• Experience with international projects, complex transactions, legal risk management, and pragmatic legal advice.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international legal practices.
• Experience leading strategic negotiations and managing complex disputes.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams across time zones.
