Technical Support Manager

What you will do

• Configure networking equipment, cameras, servers, and other infrastructure for new customer deployments.
• Support customers during setup and operation of the hirify.global solution.
• Manage onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Monitor on-premises and cloud systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Support the development team with infrastructure-related questions.
• Build automations and continuously improve support processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of computer networks, networking hardware, and security.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to explain technical topics to IT teams and plant staff.
• Project management skills with the ability to plan, track, and complete customer onboardings.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Enough Python to create scripts and internal tooling.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with industrial networks and protocols such as OPC-UA.
• Experience building support automation or internal tooling.
• Experience with computer vision or ML-based products.
• German or other additional languages.
