Software Quality Assurance Lead (EMEA)

What you will do

• Analyze PRDs, user stories, and Persona documentation to identify end-to-end workflows.
• Create flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, BPMN maps, and other visual representations of user journeys.
• Design test plans and test cases covering happy paths, edge cases, failures, role-based variations, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Execute manual and applicable automated testing across systems, integrations, environments, browsers, devices, and permission levels.
• Log, prioritize, and validate defects while maintaining traceability between requirements, workflows, and test coverage.
• Improve workflow quality and collaborate with automation engineers on reusable regression scenarios.

Requirements

• Professional experience in QA or software testing, preferably with process and workflow testing.
• Ability to interpret PRDs, user stories, and Persona documents and convert them into structured test scenarios.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or BPMN tools.
• Strong knowledge of boundary testing, equivalence partitioning, and scenario-based testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow or BPM engines such as Camunda or Pega.
• Basic knowledge of API testing or automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience creating AI-based test automation.
