Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Discovery & Consideration (all genders)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid

Salary: EUR 65,000–75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Perform manual, exploratory, destructive, automated, and regression testing for the hirify.global mobile app across the full customer journey.
• Collaborate with app engineers to understand requirements and define effective testing strategies.
• Own, prioritize, and coordinate bug reports and tickets through timely resolution.
• Coordinate app releases and testing efforts for high-quality feature delivery.
• Contribute to the long-term automated testing strategy and continuous quality improvement.
• Advocate for product quality and best practices within a cross-functional agile team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably mobile apps and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, particularly TestRail, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and design test cases with attention to business value and user experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and quality practices in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
