Product Technical Support Analyst Senior (Trading)

Location: Hybrid in Makati, Philippines; three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Handle client inquiries and resolve support issues related to the installation, operation, maintenance, application, and compatibility of the hirify.global Trading Suite.
• Provide in-depth product support, research client issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software application problems.
• Reproduce client issues in test environments and identify how applications and systems interact with business processes.
• Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements

• At least six years of combined experience as an application or software support specialist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting trading environments or platforms and knowledge of buy-side, sell-side, or exchange trading processes are preferred.
• Financial services industry experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Valdi, also known as the hirify.global Trading Suite.
