Middle Business Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine; hybrid work. Hybrid work is available after the first three months, with an 80/20 office/home schedule until the end of 2026. From 2027, work will be primarily office-based, with up to 10 work-from-home days per year subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Collaborate with departments and project stakeholders to integrate processes and systems.
• Analyze and define requirements for player bonus schemes in line with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Gather, document, and communicate business and system requirements to technical teams.
• Create and maintain process flows, functional specifications, user stories, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Participate in business process refinement and system improvements.
• Monitor and report project progress and help resolve emerging issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with system integration projects and player bonus systems, preferably in iGaming or a related field.
• Strong ability to create and interpret UML diagrams and wireframes.
• Understanding of business process and system requirements methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
