Corporate Intelligence Experienced Case Manager (Corporate Intelligence)

Location: Singapore office; permission to work in Singapore required by the start of employment. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.

What you will do

• Manage complex corporate intelligence, due diligence, and investigative projects.
• Develop creative solutions to client problems and deliver well-sourced investigative findings.
• Use open-source research, human intelligence, and robust intelligence analysis.
• Review and challenge analytical findings, direct source enquiries, and critically evaluate evidence.
• Tailor reports to client requirements and risk assessment objectives.
• Guide analysts, build external contacts, and develop knowledge of commercial and legal dynamics affecting the work.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex investigations, due diligence, or investigative projects involving OSINT and HUMINT.
• Background in corporate investigations, investigative journalism, law, or corporate intelligence, with exposure to corruption, bribery, sanctions, or commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of corruption risks, the FCPA, and relevant financial regulations.
• Experience managing complex cases, analytical projects, and projects or people in results-oriented environments.
• Understanding of commercial dynamics in the APAC region and Chinese or Southeast Asian political developments and sanctions regimes affecting Asia.
• Permission to work in Singapore is required by the start of employment.

Nice to have

• Strong Mandarin research skills and knowledge of PRC and Hong Kong databases.
• Line management experience, including supervising, training, or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Professional background in corporate intelligence, investigative journalism, or law.
