Founding Product Designer

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Office-first, flexible 80%-20% approach with onsite work several days a week and remote work when appropriate.

Salary: €45,000–€82,000 gross annual, including base salary and potential variable pay aligned with company goals.

What you will do

• Build a brand-new hirify.global product covering workflows, org charts, policies, and analytics from zero to one.
• Own discovery, user research, design, validation, and iteration for major product initiatives.
• Conduct research sessions with customers and translate user needs into simple, usable solutions.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, working closely with engineers through implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define goals, plan quarterly roadmaps, and make strategic design decisions.
• Help establish the design practice by mentoring junior designers and defining processes, standards, and culture.

Requirements

• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, from early discovery and research through high-fidelity design and implementation.
• Strong user-centered design, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on from rough concepts and prototypes to high-quality interfaces.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers.
• Clear English communication skills are required for an international environment.
• Ability to work from Barcelona with regular onsite attendance.
