Senior/Staff Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Define product direction and strategic paths in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Shape long-term product and design vision with Design and Product leadership.
• Own complex product problem spaces, dependencies, and end-to-end system experiences.
• Lead design initiatives from problem framing and research through implementation and launch.
• Use customer conversations, qualitative research, business data, and AI tools to validate solutions.
• Mentor designers and influence cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.

Requirements

• Experience shaping product decisions through business data and user needs.
• Experience shipping or seriously prototyping agentic AI products, including agents, tools, skills, context, and evaluations.
• Strong research, problem-framing, systemic-thinking, and product-design skills.
• Ability to connect complex user journeys, stakeholder ecosystems, and system dependencies.
• Fully fluent English, written and spoken.

Hiring process
