Senior Director of Product Design (Agentic AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-first hybrid setup with on-site work 80% of the time and remote work 20% of the time.

Salary: €118,000–€150,000 annually, plus up to 50% in phantom equity.

What you will do

• Own product design strategy and business impact for the IT product space.
• Design an agentic platform that coordinates IT, onboarding, access, legal, payroll, talent, and finance workflows.
• Define what the system should provision, grant, and decide autonomously, and where human judgment remains necessary.
• Build and lead a team of 4–7 product designers and manage a €3–4M budget.
• Drive the product from 0 to €5M in revenue in 2026.
• Use customer research, business data, prototyping, and implementation to guide products through launch and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building digital products and 3+ years leading design teams.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through design and using business data to shape decisions.
• Experience shipping or seriously prototyping agentic AI products, including agents, tools, skills, context, and evaluations.
• Experience building design teams, hiring and developing talent, and making difficult people decisions.
• Strong research, problem-framing, systemic-thinking, communication, and product-design craft skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required; the role is based in Barcelona with on-site work 80% of the time.

• Experience in B2B SaaS with distinct buyers, users, and economic decision-makers.
• Experience building products from 0 to millions of euros in revenue.
• Experience in high-growth environments with significant ambiguity.
• Ability to independently retrieve and interpret data using BI tools.
