What you'll do
• Run day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the Cyprus entity
• Process supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and other company payments
• Manage employee advances, business travel expenses, and expense reports
• Monitor AP/AR and perform bank reconciliations
• Handle Cyprus tax compliance, including VAT and statutory contributions
• Prepare and submit tax declarations, and keep track of tax deadlines and payments
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

What we're looking for
• 3+ years in accounting or finance operations
• Hands-on experience with Cyprus accounting and taxation
• Understanding of VAT, tax filings, and local financial reporting
• Confident Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• English B2+
• Based in Cyprus

Nice to have
• Greek
• Experience in international companies or multinational structures
• Experience dealing with Cyprus tax authorities, banks, and government institutions
• SAP, NetSuite, or similar
• Background in fintech, tech, or financial services
• ACCA or equivalent
