What you will do

• Monitor credit control approvals for customer orders and follow up on customer onboarding and ERP account creation.
• Track accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate with Account Managers and customers.
• Issue invoices, credit memos, account statements, and receipts to customers.
• Maintain the payables ledger, prepare online banking payments for approval, and post customer and supplier transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform month-end bank and vendor reconciliations and post supplier invoices related to overhead expenses.
• Maintain records of open bank guarantees and prepare ad-hoc management reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an Accounts Department.
• Experience with customer collections, credit control, customer onboarding, and compliance checks.
• Active use of an ERP or accounting system and good knowledge of double-entry accounting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, logical and critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism, honesty, ethical conduct, and adaptability in a changing environment.
