Motion Designer

Location: Fully remote, Europe-based for time-zone alignment

Rate: €3,000–4,000 gross per month under a B2B collaboration, depending on experience

What you will do

• Animate product interfaces, feature walkthroughs, UI designs, and product teasers.
• Create brand reveal videos and explainer videos from storyboard through final delivery.
• Produce animated assets for the website, social channels, case studies, and client projects.
• Apply and extend established brand systems across motion assets.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, project leads, clients, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple pieces of work, communicate progress clearly, and deliver on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience at an agency, technology company, or as a freelancer.
• Proven experience animating product visuals and digital interfaces.
• Experience producing brand reveal and explainer videos.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, storytelling, and a process from storyboard to final export.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and comfort working with Figma files.
• Native or professional English is required for written and verbal communication with international colleagues and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lottie, Rive, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Sound design or audio editing skills.
• 3D animation skills.
• Experience in SaaS or technology marketing.
