Motion Designer

What you will do

• Shape the visual and motion direction of projects from concept through delivery.
• Develop creative ideas grounded in narrative, pacing, and visual structure.
• Design and animate high-quality motion work across campaigns and formats.
• Define look and feel, styleframes, visual systems, and motion language.
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, and other disciplines.
• Guide motion execution to preserve the original creative intent.

Requirements

• Experience as a motion designer with a strong art direction mindset.
• Strong visual judgment and confidence contributing to concepts and creative direction.
• Solid After Effects skills, including timing, framing, and storytelling.
• Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion.
• At least 2 years of agency experience and comfort working in fast-paced multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating concept development, craft, and high-quality motion work.

Nice to have

• Video editing experience in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support creative work.
