Motion Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback and testing results.
• Adapt motion creatives for Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing manager and user acquisition teams to align visuals and messaging.
• Optimize files, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with mobile or web products.
• Understanding of performance marketing content and basic editing and animation principles.
• Experience using AI tools and Adobe After Effects, including knowledge of AE plugins.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop for preparing design and illustration files for animation.
• Portfolio of completed projects.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience creating UGC content.
• Experience creating web animations with Lottie or Rive.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of software for editing and creating sound effects.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
