Head of Performance Marketing (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office first. Relocation support is available for moving to Stockholm.

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy and define channel direction across markets.
• Shape messaging, target audiences, and consistent communication across channels.
• Lead creative direction, content creation, production briefs, and feedback on influencer content.
• Work with market owners and analysts to use CAC, CPA, and marginal CAC data to improve marketing performance.
• Lead influencer marketing specialists, paid social specialists, and content creators.
• Represent marketing in management and support growth across hirify.global's markets.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in marketing and communication.
• Track record of leading teams and helping people prioritise and develop.
• Strong understanding of messaging, audiences, creative work, and performance marketing.
• Ability to understand CAC, CLTV, CPA, and marginal CAC and use data to make commercial decisions.
• Bold, strategic decision-making and the ability to change direction based on results.
• Ability to work from the Stockholm office.
