What you will do
- Support ESA in defining, comparing, and selecting operating models for the PM&C Academy.
- Develop learning approaches for Awareness, Foundation, and Advanced training levels.
- Prepare academy training schedules, delivery plans, deployment waves, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate on-site, online, and hybrid training logistics, facilities, resources, and tools.
- Manage participant registration, enrolment, communications, attendance data, and participation metrics.
- Interface with ESA stakeholders, trainers, and subject-matter experts and support monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum development, and professional learning programmes.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing project management programmes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of another European language.
