What you will do

• Maintain daily accounting operations and manage monthly closings
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports

• Reconcile payments from platforms like Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, and others
• Manage records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Support payroll, vendor payments, tax filings, and audits
• Work cross-functionally with the tech and operations teams

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in accounting, preferably in tech, SaaS, or hosting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent systems
• Strong command of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Experience with multi-currency accounts and international payments
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools like WHMCS, Stripe, Crypto Payments, or billing software
• Experience working with startup or scale-up tech companies
