Sr. Manager, Process Innovation (Fulfillment Center)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead strategic process innovation and transformation initiatives across the fulfillment center network.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer experience, and operational scalability.
• Define and continuously improve operational processes, standard work, governance mechanisms, and success metrics.
• Use data analytics, performance metrics, structured problem-solving, and root-cause analysis to develop sustainable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Operations, Technology, Planning, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process testing, deployment, automation opportunities, business cases, senior stakeholder alignment, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of cross-functional experience with technical and non-technical teams.
• 8+ years of program management, project management, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.
• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience with complex data analysis, root-cause investigations, success metrics, stakeholder management, and senior leadership communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with continuous improvement, process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, operational transformation, automation, or technology implementation.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, e-commerce, or comparable operational environments.
• Master’s degree or MBA in a related field.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, decision-support tools, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
