What you will do

  • Own and manage customer onboarding from signup to active usage
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and product adoption
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Monitor usage, detect churn risks, and re-engage inactive users
  • Coordinate with support and sales teams to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities
  • Create onboarding materials and track retention metrics

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS onboarding
  • Strong understanding of web hosting technologies (VPS, shared, dedicated, domains)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English fluency
  • Experience with CRM or success platforms (HubSpot, Intercom, Zoho)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain organized follow-ups

Nice to have

  • Experience with WHMCS, cPanel, Proxmox
  • Comfort with video conferencing and tutorial creation
  • Understanding of success metrics like NPS, LTV, CAC, and activation rate
