What you will do
- Own and manage customer onboarding from signup to active usage
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and product adoption
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Monitor usage, detect churn risks, and re-engage inactive users
- Coordinate with support and sales teams to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities
- Create onboarding materials and track retention metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS onboarding
- Strong understanding of web hosting technologies (VPS, shared, dedicated, domains)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency
- Experience with CRM or success platforms (HubSpot, Intercom, Zoho)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain organized follow-ups
Nice to have
- Experience with WHMCS, cPanel, Proxmox
- Comfort with video conferencing and tutorial creation
- Understanding of success metrics like NPS, LTV, CAC, and activation rate
