What you will do

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy
• Oversee product teams across hosting, AI, UI/UX, Web3, and backend platforms
• Translate business goals and market insights into actionable product direction
• Own product lifecycle from concept to release and post-launch feedback
• Guide product discovery, user research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy
• Manage product budgeting, prioritization, and resource planning

Requirements

• 8+ years in product leadership roles (CPO, VP Product, Head of Product)
• Experience in SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or platform product environments
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and user-facing UX
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional product teams across time zones
• Experience launching and scaling technical or AI-driven platforms
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM product development
• Familiarity with WHMCS, control panels, or cloud management systems
• Knowledge of decentralized hosting, IPFS, or token-based access systems
• Experience with modern UI/UX standards and conversion-focused design
• Background in developer platforms or no-code/low-code tooling
