Full Stack Web Developer (AEM)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid office-first setup with three days per week in the office expected for most roles.

Annual base salary: $81,150–$108,200 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

What you will do

• Develop modern, responsive user experiences for customer-facing product marketing websites.
• Build, implement, and configure AEMaaCS content management solutions using Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services.
• Create web pages, templates, components, and reusable experiences across multiple devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Marketing, and Engineering on requirements, assets, and content.
• Contribute to feature development, production support, website migrations, security updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Estimate and plan development tasks and develop solutions for complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Web Development, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Solid Java/J2EE background and at least five years of web content management experience, including two or more years with AEM.
• At least two years of AEM as a Cloud Service development experience supporting high-volume, content-heavy websites or applications.
• Experience with AEM templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles, Java Content Repository, Sling, Apache Felix OSGi, and DAM.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JSP, HTL, JavaScript, jQuery, Git, Bootstrap, CSS preprocessors, frontend frameworks, MVC, AJAX, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser testing, continuous integration tools, server environments, and website maintenance.

Nice to have

• Custom WordPress development experience.
• Experience integrating AEM with other systems through APIs.
• E-commerce development experience.
• Experience with ADA, accessibility, and accessibility markup.
