Associate Machine Learning Engineer

What you will do

• Design and develop machine learning solutions for property discovery products.
• Build and maintain recommendation and prediction models using deep learning, collaborative filtering, regression, and decision trees.
• Develop and deploy batch and real-time ML pipelines using cloud-based tools and frameworks.
• Train, evaluate, monitor, and improve models in collaboration with senior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Help move ML ideas from prototypes into AI-powered product features used by more than 12 million people.
• Work with product teams and continue developing machine learning expertise through hands-on mentoring.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, data science, or software development through internships, coursework, or early professional experience.
• Familiarity with Python and ML libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Understanding of regression, classification, or recommender systems.
• Good communication skills, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn and collaborate.
