Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Build and improve fraud models to prevent abuse of hirify.global infrastructure.
• Design and implement code-scanning tools to detect and prevent hostile workloads.
• Develop automated methods for identifying and removing fraudulent or abusive traffic.
• Establish secure coding practices in collaboration with the broader team.
• Define platform rules, decide which workloads to allow, and implement flows for legitimate edge cases.

Requirements

• Experience working across functional teams, especially with infrastructure teams.
• Strong prioritization and problem-scoping skills for platform abuse challenges.
• Ability to identify sources of fraud and abuse and automate detection and mitigation.
• Strong communication skills for explaining decisions and presenting solutions.
• Empathy and sound judgment in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
