Senior Machine Learning Engineer (NLP): Building scalable production NLP pipelines and AI-driven enterprise applications for contact centers with an accent on LLMs, model optimization, and real-time customer-interaction insights. Focus on deploying and monitoring Transformer-based models, implementing agent reasoning and memory modules, and establishing evaluation benchmarks for production systems.
Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru or Noida, India

What you will do
- Develop NLP solutions for voice agents, agentic applications, text classification, entity extraction, and summarization using LLMs.
- Build, deploy, and own scalable production NLP pipelines.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, inference efficiency, and distributed training.
- Implement and evaluate reasoning, planning, and memory modules for AI agents.
- Build post-deployment monitoring and continual-learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and upgrade AI solutions in production products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and NLP.
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with familiarity with Transformers and LangChain or LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with Transformer-based language models such as BERT, Llama, Qwen, Gemma, or DeepSeek.
- Experience with LLM training, GPUs, inference optimization, and model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills involving data structures and algorithms.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP machine learning services.
- Experience with multimodal models, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
- Experience with open-source LLMs, vector search, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, or retrieval pipelines.
- Contributions to AI side projects or GitHub repositories.
