Solutions Architect (AI/ML)

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 175,800–241,800 per year, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts alongside Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and guide their evaluation and adoption of Databricks.
• Lead transformational data and AI initiatives across enterprise use cases and industry verticals.
• Build technical champion networks and align stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
• Establish and lead virtual teams, coordinating with hands-on resources delivering proofs of concept and product demonstrations.
• Provide structured mentorship and technical leadership to other team members.

Requirements

• Successful pre-sales experience helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
• Experience with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million in ARR.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present convincing technical points of view to decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to successful outcomes.
