Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer Lead

What you will do

• Design and build generative AI applications using proprietary and open-weight large language models.
• Develop agent-based systems with planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, human oversight, and autonomous tasks.
• Implement agentic workflows, including multi-agent and human-in-the-loop solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business workflows.
• Build and deploy REST services using Flask or FastAPI.
• Evaluate model, agent, and system performance for accuracy, reliability, grounding, and safety.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 4 years in AI, generative AI, or agent-based AI.
• Experience designing and building GenAI-powered applications with open and proprietary LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with prompting, structured outputs, model routing, context and memory management, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries or frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or pandas.
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, cloud platforms, and Flask or FastAPI services.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience. Current and future visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs using parameter-efficient methods such as LoRA or QLoRA.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or the OpenAI Assistants API.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, security, compliance, and data governance.
