TL;DR

Google User Acquisition Manager: Managing substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale. Location: Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.
  • Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all campaign data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss.
  • Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing every aspect - keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Proactively research new tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge and discover untapped growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant monthly ad spend ($100K+) across Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with consistent profitability and growth results.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and regions with proven ability to make autonomous scaling decisions based on performance data.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP) and ability to build custom analysis models.
  • Excellent English communication skills for data analysis, strategic reporting, and presenting performance insights to management.

  • Experience with YouTube Ads and YouTube Shorts Ads
  • Consumer products background
  • Previous experience in subscription-based business models
