Enterprise Testing Specialist (Banking)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Miamisburg, OH, or Birmingham, AL, United States

Base salary: $52,500–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Plan and execute business unit compliance testing programs.
• Design testing scopes, strategies, procedures, samples, and review plans using risk analysis principles.
• Validate the design and operating effectiveness of controls across SOX, Basel regulatory reporting, liquidity, and CCAR frameworks.
• Collect evidence, conduct walkthroughs, document process flows, and prepare working papers supporting testing conclusions.
• Analyze exceptions, recommend improvements to internal controls, and communicate results and concerns to business and enterprise management.
• Provide consulting support on risk and control issues and assist with implementing improved systems, products, services, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of compliance testing, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, risk controls, auditing, and internal controls.
• Strong accuracy, analytical thinking, data gathering, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an in-office setting at one of the listed United States hub locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
