Backend Developer (C++)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend software in C++.
• Build robust, scalable components for real-time data processing and control flows.
• Integrate and test internal and external APIs and system components.
• Contribute to architecture design, technical decisions, and full-lifecycle system integration.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and resource usage for mission-critical environments.
• Review code, debug, profile, and maintain complex production systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on C++ development experience.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, memory management, and multithreading.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex backend or system-level software.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Bitbucket, or similar development tools.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with ROS2 or DDS-based communication protocols.
• Background in robotics, autonomous systems, or real-time distributed systems.
• Experience with performance-critical software, Docker, and containerized deployments.
