Senior Software Developer (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop software for next-generation AI-driven farming robots, including control, firmware, algorithmic modules, monitoring, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to produce actionable insights.
• Build AI and algorithmic infrastructure for training and evaluating machine learning modules.
• Develop a web-based robotic fleet management system for managing and operating robotic fleets.
• Design and develop additional robotic modules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience and strong software engineering skills.
• Preferably strong experience with Python.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science.
• High standards for software quality and engineering best practices.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in Emek Hefer, Israel.

Nice to have

• Robotics experience with ROS2.
• Deep learning for computer vision and related machine learning technologies.
• Experience with pandas, NumPy, SciPy, or the NVIDIA TAO Toolkit.
• Architecture, design, and testing of complex software systems.
• AWS IoT Core, AppSync, and Amplify experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
