Senior Embedded/Electronics Engineer (Embedded Linux)

What you will do

• Lead product engineering initiatives and improve hardware design and manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage firmware code quality, binary releases, and testing procedures.
• Develop low-level SoC BSP, kernel-space, V4L2, and user-space software.
• Design compute-module, sensor, and peripheral-interface PCBs, including high-speed USB 3.0, GigE, and MIPI-CSI interfaces.
• Identify and resolve PCB, power, and thermal design issues.
• Oversee the integration and development of electrical and embedded subsystems.

Requirements

• Degree or academic background in mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field focused on robotics or mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of experience in robotics industry or applied academia, focused on robotics-related product development.
• Experience with circuit design, high-speed PCB layout, and debugging with oscilloscopes and similar tools.
• Proficiency in C/C++, embedded Linux programming, and creating custom Linux images for production.
• Strong knowledge of robotic platforms, sensors, actuators, and communications including Ethernet, Modbus, and RS232.
• Production experience with an embedded Linux platform such as Jetson, Raspberry Pi, NXP, or Qualcomm.
