UAS Operator and Instructor

What you will do

• Lead independent training sessions for internal and external customers on new UAS equipment.
• Provide technical support and perform operator-level system troubleshooting for customers.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and participate in sales events.
• Participate in field testing and flight testing operations.
• Assist Lab Technicians with UAS maintenance and quality control during flight testing.
• Manage logistics and travel up to 40% while working effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Operational experience with UAS systems.
• 1–2 years of full-time experience as an instructor in the UAS aviation field.
• Experience with project and process management procedures.
• Proficiency in onsite system troubleshooting and operator-level maintenance.
• Ability to lead demonstrations and flight events.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aviation flight operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and processes.
• RATA aviation certification.
• Prior military experience with unmanned systems.
