Senior Graphic Designer (AI/Print Production)

hirify.global operates Mesmerize, an out-of-home and point-of-care advertising business serving transit, large-format, and healthcare screen networks.

What you will do

• Design and produce full and partial transit vehicle wraps, including bus panels, window perf, seams, rivets, doors, windows, and installation loss areas.
• Own artwork from intake through release by repairing client files, recreating logos and type, matching brand colors, and preparing press-ready assets.
• Preflight and build files to vendor specifications, including color space, Pantone handling, ICC profiles, ink limits, overprint, trapping, and PDF/X export standards.
• Create large-format mockups, print-ready designs, retouched images, templates, spec sheets, and digital content for healthcare waiting room and exam room screens.
• Edit, resize, and version video for point-of-care displays, delivering both final renders and editable project files.
• Use AI tools for retouching, generative fill, background removal, upscaling, vectorization, specification checks, and repeatable production workflows; proof and archive every deliverable.

Requirements

• Five or more years of production art or design experience in out-of-home or large-format work, including hands-on vehicle wrap production.
• Experience with vehicle templates, percentage-scale artwork, tiling, panel output, window perf, and installer specifications.
• Strong knowledge of print production, including resolution, color, bleed, trapping, preflight, and vendor specification sheets.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro, plus macOS.
• Working ability in Premiere Pro or an equivalent tool for trimming, resizing, and video versioning.
• Portfolio required, including at least one vehicle wrap and one before-and-after example of repairing or rebuilding client-supplied artwork; bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

• Screen or video production experience.
• Examples of documented, repeatable AI-assisted workflows that reduced production errors or turnaround time.
