Senior Security Operations Engineer (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Drive security projects that protect customers, employees, and the business.
• Review infrastructure and product features, implement security controls, and update security policies and procedures.
• Scale detection and response capabilities, investigate automated detections, and proactively hunt for threats.
• Track vulnerability remediation across production and corporate environments in partnership with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Deploy and test security controls across cloud environments and corporate endpoints.
• Participate in on-call rotations and act as incident commander during security incidents, automating operations with Tines.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in security roles managing complex cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Deep experience deploying, securing, managing, and monitoring AWS services, including CloudTrail, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, Security Hub, Inspector, and Config.
• Experience securing Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Experience implementing and monitoring controls for SOC 2, ISO, CMMC, and FedRAMP frameworks.
• Experience with SOAR automation or programming in Python or Go, plus on-call experience and strong analytical skills.
