Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Conduct customer interviews, site visits, deployment debriefs, and user-testing programmes to identify workflows, pain points, and product-market-fit signals.
• Set up product telemetry in PostHog, define feature success metrics, and use activation, adoption, and retention data to guide decisions.
• Write PRDs and problem statements, prototype concepts, and prioritise the roadmap with the Tech Manager using customer value, evidence, and technical effort.
• Maintain product requirements in Jira and Confluence and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and other agile activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, release notes, tutorials, onboarding projects, quick-start packages, and instructional videos.
• Partner with marketing, Sales, Application, and support teams on product messaging, technical accuracy, release communications, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B or technical software products.
• Technical background and ability to discuss feasibility and trade-offs with developers.
• Hands-on experience with agile workflows, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with customer discovery, user testing, product telemetry, and analysing results to shape the roadmap.
• Fluency with Claude and experience setting up AI systems such as Claude Desktop or Claude Code to improve workflows.
• Strong written communication and experience producing user-facing materials or collaborating with marketing and content teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial robotics, automation, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing software.
• Understanding of hardware and software product lifecycles.
• A portfolio of user guides, tutorials, onboarding content, or videos.
