Healthcare Professional Relations Agent (Italian Speaker)

What you will do

• Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies by phone and email.
• Support project set-ups, field analysis, sample lists, invitation templates, and study deadlines.
• Increase healthcare professional engagement and provide customer service throughout research projects.
• Run pilot projects and recruit participants for qualitative studies.
• Support the transition of doctors to the official incentive program and help implement local fiscal and legal requirements.
• Investigate and resolve panel incentive issues and collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Italian is required.
• Very high Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service experience.
