Product Management Summer Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid work required 2–3 days per week at either the Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters or the New York, New York office. The 9-week program runs from mid-June to mid-August 2027.

Salary: $35 per hour for 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to design, validate, build, and launch products and features.
• Conduct product discovery and help align new features with user needs.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, including defining how AI agents should assist, recommend, or act.
• Support roadmap, release, and sprint planning across multiple workstreams.
• Track user experience, engagement, adoption, and AI-specific metrics such as answer quality, trust, and task completion.
• Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows and support training for internal and client users.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a related graduate program with one year remaining
• 1–3 years of prior experience in product management, consulting, banking, or another business or technical role is desired.
• Understanding of technical concepts, including how AI models and agents behave and where guardrails are needed.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams.
• Availability for the hybrid 9-week program in Waltham or New York

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI or agentic AI tools in an academic or professional setting.
