Product Strategy & Operations Summer Intern (AI)

Location: Waltham, MA headquarters or San Francisco, CA office; hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: $35 per hour; 40 hours per week for a 9-week internship running June 14–August 13, 2027

What you will do

• Conduct market, competitive, and business research to inform strategic recommendations and operational plans.
• Support product strategy and operational initiatives across the Digital & AI organization.
• Improve processes for product development, initiative prioritization, staffing, performance tracking, and sales.
• Collaborate with Product, AI/Data Science, Design, and Business teams on reporting, hiring, and staffing processes.
• Track product, operational, and financial performance metrics and surface recommendations for improvement.
• Support training and education for internal stakeholders and clients on product strategy, roadmaps, and processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in business, economics, STEM, or a related field, with one year remaining.
• Strong initiative, ownership, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to move between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operational analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts, particularly AI.
• Prior experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or another business or technical role is desired but not required.
