2027 IT-Product & Strategy Summer Intern

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and must not require future sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $60,000–$65,000 USD.

What you will do

• Learn assigned business domains and processes within an execution team.
• Translate discussions and ideas into business requirements and solutioning artifacts.
• Re-envision and automate business processes to improve scalability and mitigate risk.
• Partner with engineering teams, product managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Participate in Agile scrum teams and related events.
• Create project plans, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate implementation resources, and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a technology-focused discipline, with graduation expected in December 2028 or Spring 2029.
• Interest in asset management and investing.
• Strong communication, analytical, data-oriented, and detail-oriented decision-making skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex concepts for different audiences and advocate for users.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship is required.
