hirify.global operates a manufacturing plant with import, export, materials, production, and inventory activities.

What you will do

• Ensure plant compliance with import and export laws in the countries where the business operates.
• Manage Harmonized Tariff Classification and origin certification.
• Verify import and export procedures and control VAT credit from temporary imports.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and forwarders.
• Work with suppliers, production, materials, and inventory teams to ensure materials are available for the production schedule.
• Coordinate material shipments with production schedules and inventory goals.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in materials analysis or a related area.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work with suppliers and coordinate material procurement.
• Leadership skills for collaboration with brokers, forwarders, plant operations, and internal and external customers.
• Ability to work onsite at the hirify.global Planta Derramadero in Saltillo, Mexico.
