IT Project Lead/Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium

What you will do

• Lead program initiation, definition, implementation, and delivery.
• Build and manage program roadmaps and track progress against objectives.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Monitor benefits realization, costs, risks, and dependencies across programs and projects.
• Report program progress to business management and ensure effective operation of the core team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• At least 3 years of experience in consultancy, preferably including complex program management.
• Experience with software implementation.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Professional proficiency in English and either French or Dutch is required.
