VIP Manager (Latam)

Location: Hybrid or office work; the role supports VIP players in the US and LATAM regions.

What you will do

• Provide personalized VIP service to an assigned portfolio of high-value players in the US and LATAM regions.
• Build long-term relationships, support private sales and exclusive previews, and drive player loyalty.
• Classify complex player requests, translate them into technical specifications, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Gather feedback from VIP players and convert it into actionable insights for product teams and game designers.
• Create roleplay scenarios, VIP events, and exclusive private activities.
• Track portfolio metrics and prepare reports on milestones, risks, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in VIP service, premium customer care, or premium account management.
• Fluent Spanish and English at native/C1 level required.
• Working knowledge of Russian at B1–B2 level required.
• Knowledge of retention metrics including LTV, retention rate, and ARPPU.
• Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution skills with high-value clients.
• Hands-on experience with mobile MMOs, strategy games, or major roleplay titles, plus flexibility for urgent evening or weekend requests.

• Experience in mobile MMO/RP gaming, iGaming, or luxury concierge services.
