Global Process Owner (gn) - Planning (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hamburg, Germany — hybrid with remote work options

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Start: Immediately.

What you will do

• Define and own the global standard for end-to-end planning across demand planning, supply planning, and material requirements planning.
• Own business requirements and target concepts across o9 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Align commercial demand signals with supply and production feasibility, inventory targets, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Govern planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service level, and inventory turns.
• Drive planning data quality, change management, and process adoption across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
• Align planning standards and interfaces with adjacent process owners and the Transformation Office.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP or IBP within FMCG, CPG, food, or dietary supplements.
• Hands-on experience with an advanced planning platform; o9 is strongly preferred. Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder is also relevant.
• Solid understanding of SAP planning and MRP integration.
• Strong end-to-end process mindset, data literacy, communication skills, and change management capabilities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformations, low-maturity S&OP/IBP implementations, or financial and commercial integration is advantageous.
• Fluent English required.
