Seasonal Senior Associate Producer (Sports Media)

Location: Onsite in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered. Occasional travel is required for production needs. No relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Research, log, organize, and manage footage across multiple projects using Avid Media Composer and hirify.global proprietary software.
• Independently manage assigned segments and lead operations on selected projects.
• Contribute to story structures, outlines, editorial planning, creative discussions, and pitches.
• Edit segments and assemble content with minimal supervision.
• Draft scripts, narration copy, and production notes while maintaining editorial accuracy and quality.
• Support field production, including directing interviews when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant production or associate producer experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Avid Media Composer or comparable editing platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills and editorial judgment.
• Strong knowledge of professional football and sports media.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
